Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage day-to-day orders, oversee receiving, storage and distribution, and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will coordinate between admin and operations and lead warehouse assistants to support smooth warehouse activities. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a minimum GCE N/O level; working hours Mon-Fri 08:30am to 5:30pm with alternate Sat 08:30am to 12:30pm at Tuas, salary SGD 2,300 to SGD

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing orders from customers. (Includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records)
• Coordinate between admin and operation staff. (Includes leading a team of warehouse assistants for warehouse operations)
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
