Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Sales Coordination.
• Experience in IT/networking/cybersecurity or tech industry is a plus.
• Diploma/degree in a related field required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referrals.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Maintain quotation records and generate reports with accurate data.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors and distributors on pricing and requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, and pipeline reports.

IT Sales Executive | Training Provided

• Working hour : Mon to Fri, 830-6pm
• Salary : $3300 -$4000 basic+ Comission
• Address : Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, tender documents, and maintain quotation records, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, version control, and prepare sales, pipeline, and quotation reports.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination
• Experience in the IT, networking, cybersecurity, system integration, or technology industry is an advantage
