IT Company - East, based in Singapore, is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities and drive growth through multi-channel lead generation and tailored technology solutions.

The role involves preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, following up on opportunities, and selling IT hardware, software, training, and maintenance services while coordinating with cross-functional teams and attending industry events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms and events.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technology solutions and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales contracts promptly.
• Follow up on quotations and opportunities through regular engagement.
• Sell IT products and services: hardware, software, training and maintenance.
• Use MYOB, CRM, and HubSpot.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, marketing, and support teams for delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with purchasing on sales orders.
• Attend exhibitions and events to promote products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities

• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and outstanding sales opportunities through regular customer engagement and chaser activities

• Coordinate with purchasing department on sales orders
