Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Automation Analyst to support recruitment lifecycle initiatives, HR analytics, and automation projects across the NUHS cluster. You will enhance Power Automate workflows for recruitment and onboarding and identify opportunities to automate HR processes.

You will consolidate HR data into structured Excel master files and propose Excel/VBA-based solutions to improve efficiency, collaborating with HR colleagues across the cluster to streamline recruitment,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering and implementing Power Automate workflows and automation projects.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas, VBA/macros).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
