Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, probation, renewals and offboarding. You will coordinate recruitment administration, work passes, medicals, system setup, and onboarding logistics.

You will also support NTS workforce arrangements, maintain HR records and dashboards, assist with HRIS enhancements, and handle queries on policies, benefits and procedures while coordinating

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of full-spectrum HR Operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment contracts, probation, renewals and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, medical examinations, work pass applications, system setup and onboarding logistics.
• Support Non-Traditional Source (NTS) workforce arrangements, including travel and accommodation coordination where required.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate HR reports and dashboards, and support HRIS enhancements and process automation.
• Handle employee queries relating to HR policies, benefits and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits enrolment and disenrolment with external vendors.
• Support internal and external HR audits, prepare employment verification letters and process HR-related invoices.
• Coordinate training registration, maintain training records and support learning needs analysis.
• Assist with employee mobilisation and demobilisation for assigned work sites.
