Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Automation Analyst to support recruitment lifecycle initiatives, HR analytics, and automation projects across the NUHS cluster. You will enhance Power Automate workflows for recruitment and onboarding and identify opportunities to automate HR processes.

You will consolidate HR data into structured Excel master files and propose Excel/VBA-based solutions to improve efficiency, collaborating with HR colleagues across the cluster to streamline recruitment,

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resources, Data Science or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering and implementing Power Automate workflows and automation projects.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas, VBA/macros).
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment lifecycle initiatives, HR analytics and automation projects across the NUHS cluster.
Enhance existing Power Automate workflows for specialist recruitment and onboarding.
Explore opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
Consolidate, clean and organise HR data from existing systems into structured Excel master files.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose Excel/VBA-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR colleagues across the cluster to streamline recruitment, performance management and promotion processes.
