Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the Centre Manager / Programme Manager - Social Service / AAC at our Eunos Crescent centre.

The role oversees programme delivery, staff supervision and service quality with a salary of SGD 5,000–7,000 per month. You will develop new programmes, review processes, engage stakeholders, monitor budgets, and supervise staff to ensure delivery meets centre objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation’s overall strategies
• Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
• Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
• Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre’s objectives
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

• Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage
