Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Coordinator in Singapore to plan and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. The role focuses on ensuring standards, engaging clients, and coordinating services with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include programme design, implementation, and evaluation, plus supervising volunteers and managing budgets. Working hours are Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day, based in Eunos.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma in Social Services or related field.
• Experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare or social services preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in programme design, implementation and evaluation.

• Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
• Working location: Eunos
• Salary : SGD 2600 - SGD 4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.

• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diplomapreferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred
• Experience & knowledge inprogramme design, implementation, and evaluation
