Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Executive to plan, organise and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community, based in Singapore.

You will ensure standards, implement new programmes, evaluate impact, and manage budgets and volunteers, while coordinating with partner organisations to deliver services.

Qualifications

• Diploma, preferably in Social Services or related fields.
• Experience with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social services preferred.
• Experience with programme design, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Salary: $2600 - $4,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
Working location: Eunos
