Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Centre Manager to lead operations at our Singapore centre. The role reports to the Senior Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality programmes for the elderly across community settings.

Salary ranges from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 per month, with work days Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, at Eunos Crescent. This position requires a bachelor's degree in social services and prior supervisory experience to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare or social services.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement or eldercare services.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation’s overall strategies
• Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
• Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
• Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre’s objectives
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients
