Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Centre Manager to lead our community centre programmes in Singapore. This role oversees operations, service delivery, budgeting, and staff supervision.

You will develop and review programmes, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the centres objectives. A Bachelor7s Degree in Social Services or related fields and 3–5 years’ experience in eldercare or community services are required; supervisory experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelorb2s Degree in Social Services or related field.
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services.
• Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation7s overall strategies
• Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
• Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
• Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre7s objectives
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

• Salary: $5,000 - $7,000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday9am - 6pm
• Working Location: Eunos Crescent
