Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Tampines is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage AR for active ageing centres, perform reconciliations, and support payments and customer accounts.

You will communicate discrepancies to management, assist in collections, and help streamline processes while maintaining confidentiality in a nursing home-adjacent office.

2 days of work-from-home and 3 days in the office; experience with healthcare clients and accuracy-driven tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable for active ageing centres in Yishun and support occasional site visits
• Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts to optimize financial transactions
• Communicate discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers for collection
• Strengthen relationships with clients by contacting customers regarding past-due accounts
• Assist in streamlining AR processes and identifying areas for performance improvement
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and comply with local financial requirements

Job Description

• handle the ARs for their active ageing centres in Yishun. Sometimes might be required to visit the centres.
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
• Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
• Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts
• Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements
• Candidates have to be comfortable working in Nursing Home setting because the office is right beside the wards.

Working hours: 2 days WFH, 3 days work in office
