Recruit Express Pte Ltd is assisting a nursing home in Singapore to recruit an AR Accountant who will reconcile payments and customer accounts, and support financial operations.

You will communicate discrepancies to management, improve collections, and help streamline the accounts receivable process while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local requirements. This role offers hybrid work with 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with AR processes and reconciliation is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
• Communicate discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers.
• Strengthen relationships with clients by addressing past-due accounts.
• Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process for performance improvement.
• Support AR activities and provide admin assistance, including site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Job Scope:

• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
• Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow‑paying customers, and recommend collection candidates
• Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past‑due accounts
• Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) matters and provide administrative support, including occasional site visits as required.

Requirements :

• To be comfortable with working in a nursing home environment
• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or relevant field
