Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is assisting a nursing home in Singapore to recruit an AR Accountant who will reconcile payments and customer accounts, and support financial operations.

You will communicate discrepancies to management, improve collections, and help streamline the accounts receivable process while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local requirements. This role offers hybrid work with 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with AR processes and reconciliation is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
• Communicate discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers.
• Strengthen relationships with clients by addressing past-due accounts.
• Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process for performance improvement.
• Support AR activities and provide admin assistance, including site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
