Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle Accounts Receivable and full General Ledger functions, and to prepare management reports and financial statements for monthly close.

You will perform bank and GST reconciliations, post journals, generate AR aging reports, and assist auditors and tax agents. Healthcare experience is an advantage. This role offers exposure to statutory filings, liaising with corporate secretaries, and ensuring accuracy of month-end numbers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in finance functions.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, finance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic settings will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle partial of Accounts Receivable (AR) and full General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Preparation of management reports and financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, GST reconciliations, audit schedule reconciliations, monthly provisions and accruals journals.
• Post general ledger journals, monthly provisions and accruals journals for the monthly closing process.
• Generate AR aging reports and SOAs
• Work with the team to follow up on the outstanding due from corporate clients/customers.
• Support AR executive in handling receipts
• Assist Finance Manager with the submission of GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary on all statutory requirements.
• Respond to enquiries and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned.
