Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a 3-month temporary Admin in Bukit Merah to support AP operations. You will check and process vendor invoices, verify them against POs, and post entries in the SAP system.

Start ASAP, no long leave plans, and willing to work overtime (1–2 hours) if required. Salary SGD 1,600–2,000 per month, with Mon-Thu 8:30–5:30 and Fri 8:30–5.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in invoicing and data entry.
• Experience with vendor invoices and AP workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check invoices and perform admin duties.
• Receive, capture, and process high volumes of vendor invoices.
• Invoice verification and matching against POs and supporting documents.
• Post verified invoices into the financial system (e.g., SAP) accurately and timely.

Salary: $1600-2000

Job description:

• To check invoices, admin
• Receive, capture, and process high volumes of vendor invoices.
• Invoice Verification & Matching: Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents to verify quantities, prices, and terms.
• System Posting: Post verified invoices into the financial system (such as SAP) accurately and timely.

3. able to work OT (1-2hrs) if required
