Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Compliance Testing or Audit experience, preferably in Financial Crime Compliance.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk management.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Head FCC in ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Design, develop, and execute Compliance 2LoD controls within stipulated timeframe.
• Prepare and review reports for root cause and systemic findings.
• Conduct investigations and coordinate escalations as needed.
