Qualifikationen

• Minimum NITEC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, chilled-water).
• Coordinate with contractors for servicing, maintenance, and repairs to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise contractors during renovations to ensure timely completion and smooth transitioning.
• Maintain housekeeping of equipment rooms (AHU and switch rooms).
• Oversee external vendors’ maintenance, repair and renovation work for quality and cost efficiency.
• Hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot basic faults in telephone and communications systems.

Salary: $2,400 - $3,100

Working days & hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) (Alternate Sat, 9am - 1pm)

Job Description:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems, and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing, maintenance works, and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion and a seamless transition to newly renovated areas.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU (Air Handling Unit) and electrical switch rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works carried out by external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works involving electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.
