Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Technician in Singapore to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical and HVAC.

You will liaise with contractors to schedule servicing and repairs, and supervise vendors during renovations for timely project completion. The role requires at least NITEC in Facilities/Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services, plus 2 years in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems, and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing, maintenance works, and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion and a seamless transition to newly renovated areas.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU (Air Handling Unit) and electrical switch rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works carried out by external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works involving electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.

Working days & hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) (Alternate Sat, 9am - 1pm)

Location: Nearest MRT: Queenstown / Redhill
