Job summary

Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd is looking for a facilities technician to maintain electrical, HVAC, and building systems across the site. You will coordinate with contractors for routine service and emergency repairs, supervise renovations, and ensure clean, safe premises. Hands-on repair of sanitary, electrical, and building works is required.

The role requires 2 years of building maintenance experience and a proactive, multitasking attitude to perform well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Good problem solving skills
• Be able to work under pressure and multitask
• Hands-on repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works
• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines

• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.


• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.


• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.


• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.


• Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.


• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.


• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.


• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays : 09:00am to 18:00pm


• Alternate Saturdays : 09:00am to 1:00pm
