Job summary

Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking Shift Facilities Technicians to support maintenance operations for M&E and building systems in a Singapore site. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, aircon, ACMV, plumbing and related facilities, working with a team of technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a minimum of vocational qualifications and at least 3 years of local facilities maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore-relevant working experience in the facilities maintenance industry.
• Experience with BMS / ACMV systems (HVAC, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and general building systems) would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and M&E systems; electrical/ACMV knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E/aircon/building systems as part of a team.
• Carry out maintenance, repair and servicing tasks across electrical, aircon, mechanical, building and plumbing.
• Attend to faults promptly and report issues to supervisor; document checks and actions.

Job Descriptions for Shift Facilities Technicians - Aircon / M&E/ Plumbing and Sanitary/ Building Maintenance

• To perform preventive and corrective maintenance works. Work with a team of technicians and supervisors for smooth work operations in facilities maintenance (M&E /ACMV/ Building Maintenance). For a ministry premises .

• To perform maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).

• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon ACMV or Building.

• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, ACMV and plumbing systems.

• Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.

• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.

• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.

• Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / NTC / Vocational Institute / Diploma and above in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services / Facilities maintenance / Aircon/ Property and Real Estate or relevance.

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore relevant working experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.

• Experience or Familiar with BMS / ACMV systems ( HVAC, chillers , AHUs, FCUs , general building etc)

• Good understanding of control systems and building maintenance.

• Good technical knowledge in building maintenance, M&E systems ( Electrical / ACMV).

• Good team player and effective communication skills.

Shift Technicians - 12 Hours shifts ( will have break time and rest time)
