Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a diligent Facilities Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical and HVAC systems.

You will liaise with contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations. You will supervise contractors during renovations and upgrades, maintain clean equipment rooms, and handle hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and building

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical and HVAC systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU and electrical switch rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and renovation works by external vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair on electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.

Salary: $2,400 - $3,100

Working days & hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) (Alternate Sat, 9am - 1pm)

Job Description

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air systems, and chilled-water systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing, maintenance works, and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations of the facility.
• Supervise contractors and vendors during renovation and upgrading projects to ensure timely completion and a seamless transition to newly renovated areas.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment rooms, including AHU (Air Handling Unit) and electrical switch rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation works carried out by external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance and repair works involving electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify basic faults related to telephone lines and communication systems.
