REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Facilities/M&E technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems in a commercial setting in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on inspection of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation, plus coordination of contractors and logging service records. Familiarity with BMS/EMS is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Competenze

• Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Technology, Facilities Management or related field.
• Higher Nitec or WSQ certification in Facilities or Building Maintenance advantageous.
• At least 1 year experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E Operations, preferably in commercial buildings.
• Hands-on experience in building inspections, basic repairs, and routine maintenance of M&E systems.

Requirements

• Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Higher Nitec or relevant WSQ certification in Facilities or Building Maintenance will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E Operations, preferably in a commercial building or shopping mall.
• Hands-on experience in building inspections, basic repairs, and routine maintenance of M&E systems.
• Familiarity with contractor supervision and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintenance reporting and documentation.
