Formación

1-3 years working in security operations or cybersecurity support environment.
Familiar with security products and network devices.
Strong discipline in following SOPs and maintaining incident documentation.
Excellent communication skills for escalation, handovers, and coordination with incident response and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

Monitor 24x7 security alerts, applications and infrastructure for threats and anomalies.
Perform SOP-based incident response, remediation and escalation.
Monitor security logs and batch processes and resolve operational issues.
Conduct security health checks and support production changes/deployments.
Ensure effective shift handovers and incident documentation.
