Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline.
• Good knowledge in End User Support.
• Knowledge in Networking and/or Cyber Security is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous self-starter with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end user support of a Secure Service Edge solution.
• Ensure incidents and inquiries are tracked, escalated and closed.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting and resolution per SLA.
• Escalate incidents to L2 or vendor support when required.
• Raise Change Requests for configuration changes.
• Manage agent software upgrades and rollout.
• Process and fulfill Service Requests per SLA.
• Monitor health of the solution.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts.
• Work with Operations Lead to ensure tasks are executed.
• Maintain operational documentation of changes.
