Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Network Engineer L1 to manage 24/7 network operations and UPS systems, handle incidents, and generate monthly reports. The role requires foundational network knowledge and a collaborative mindset.

You will participate in incident resolution, change support, and routine maintenance, with shifts covering 10:00–22:00 and 22:00–10:00. The position is based at Woodlands Checkpoint with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec with Module in IT.
• Fundamental knowledge in network concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and support others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage 24/7 network operations and UPS systems.
• Handle incidents and escalation per procedures.
• Perform incident tracking and monthly reporting.
• Support network configuration and change management.
