XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Engineer L2 to monitor and manage network and UPS systems at Woodlands Checkpoint, with potential rotation to Tuas checkpoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT.
• 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer L2.
• CCNA certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network infrastructure and UPS systems.
• Real-time network monitoring and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot Level 2 network issues within SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain incident records and prepare reports.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on network/UPS.
