Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail for reporting and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle feedback and enquiries from the public and stakeholders on ERP-related matters.
• Provide timely, accurate written responses and assist customers with their queries.
• Support ERP operational activities and projects as assigned.
• Maintain and update SOPs, ISO documentation, user manuals and knowledge bases.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
