Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide 24x7 day-to-day support, ensure environment stability, monitor alerts, and manage incidents and problems across critical financial applications.

You will participate in deployments and respond to production queries from MAS, banks, auditors and other BCS users, collaborating with development and operations teams to diagnose root causes and implement timely fixes.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Java stack and relational databases; familiarity with cloud and containers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 day-to-day support and ensure stability of environments.
• Monitor alerts and manage incidents and problems to resolution.
• Participate in application deployments and production changes.
• Address regular production queries and RFIs from MAS, banks, auditors, and BCS users.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and external parties to diagnose root causes and preventive measures.
