Ambition Singapore is seeking a 1 year contract HR Business Partner for a leading pharma MNC. The role focuses on strategic HR partnering within a healthcare environment.

You will manage staff requisition and headcount reporting, drive end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with the Director on workforce planning, and use data analytics to guide decisions while ensuring confidentiality and professional standards.

Competenze

• Degree holder and above.
• At least 3 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering.
• Experience coaching junior employees.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
• End to end recruitment process
• Partner with Director to design and implement workforce planning strategies
• Partner closely with business leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Use Data Analytics to make informed decisions
• Interviewing & Selection
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and submission before new joiner's start date
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation

Job Requirements

• Degree and above
• At least 3 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering
• Experienced in managing or coaching junior employees
• Knowledge in Data Analytics
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Salary ranges from $5000 ~ $6000 with allowances and bonuses.
