Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior HR partner to lead workforce planning, talent management and organizational development in close collaboration with business leaders.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration while guiding payroll coordination and compliance with Singapore employment laws. Must have a minimum degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sole HR partner, working closely with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development and people-related matters.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and screening to selection, onboarding and employee integration.
• Develop and implement effective talent assessment and hiring strategies to attract and identify high-calibre candidates.
• Lead performance management, learning and development, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices and workplace matters.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with company policies and Singapore employment legislation.
• Manage accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider and manage MOM Employment Pass applications, renewals and related employment matters.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through LinkedIn and other digital platforms to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.
• Champion company values and support the development of a high-performance, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
