Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS records and manage employee relations and documentation.
  • Coordinate MOM EP applications and renewals and liaise with payroll vendors.

Job Title: HR Business Partner | Based inSingapore

Our client is a leading global commodities trading house expanding its footprint across Europe to ensure continuous global service delivery. Due to this growth, they are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with commercial objectives.

This role manages the full employee lifecycle driving talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, guiding workforce planning, talent optimization, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Create and roll out structured interviewing and assessment frameworks to accurately identify and select exceptional talent.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, while designing onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration.
  • Direct performance appraisal processes, facilitate continuous learning and development programs, and cultivate high levels of employee engagement.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, refine HR policies, and guarantee strict adherence to local employment laws and internal corporate guidelines.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the HRIS and all personnel documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party payroll vendors to ensure seamless salary processing, and oversee all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulatory requirements, including Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals.
  • Drive employer branding strategies across different social media platforms to enhance the organization's market visibility and attract top industry professionals.
  • Embed the company's core values into daily operations, nurturing a dynamic culture that prioritizes high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation, trading, or a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Strong international exposure and a global mindset.
  • Proven track record in identifying, assessing, and attracting high-calibre talent.
