Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a 1 year contract HR Business Partner for a leading pharma MNC. The role focuses on strategic HR partnering within a healthcare environment.

You will manage staff requisition and headcount reporting, drive end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with the Director on workforce planning, and use data analytics to guide decisions while ensuring confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree holder and above.
• At least 3 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering.
• Experience coaching junior employees.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting.
• End to end recruitment process.
• Partner with Director to design and implement workforce planning strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to foster collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Use Data Analytics to inform decisions.
• Interviewing & Selection.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation before new joiner's start date.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Manage timely processing, notification and cessation of leavers.
