Job summary

Singapore-based Site Engineer (Civil & Structure) at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. coordinates with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements and keeps all parties updated on changes.

Attends project/technical meetings to resolve site issues with owners/consultants and verifies that works comply with drawings, specifications and authorities, ensuring ISO-ready documentation. Safety collaboration and project planning support are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering is required.
• Experience coordinating with consultants/subcontractors is desirable.
• Ability to verify site work against drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements and keep all parties updated of changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to progress the site.
• Verify that works on site comply with drawings/specifications and ensure rectification for non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers quickly to minimise delays.
• Update documentation for ISO audits and safety compliance.
• Cooperate with the safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
• Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
• Prepare documents for authorities' submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.).

Job description

Role: Site Engineer (Civil & Structure)

Singapore Based (Project office at Science Park)

5 Days work per week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)

Salary: $3800 to $5400

Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering + entry level is welcome

Job scopes

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
