Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer for islandwide projects in Singapore.

The role requires leading the C&S site team, supervising construction works, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. You will coordinate with contractors and consultants on site matters and monitor progress with regular reporting. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in Civil & Structural Engineering, a degree recognised by PE Singapore, and accreditation by IES/ACES.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by PE board in Singapore.
• Accredited by IES and ACES for the role.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport for site visits.

Position Title: Resident Engineer

Working Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,500 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the C&S site team in monitoring, supervising, and inspecting construction works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), and project consultants.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on site matters.
• Monitor work progress and identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain proper site supervision and construction records.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
• Provide guidance to site staff and maintain effective teamwork and communication.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, including experience supervising projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.

Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

Familiar with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport, as travelling to project sites is required.
