Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil & Structure Engineer to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements. You will participate in technical meetings to resolve on-site issues, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and authority requirements.

Responsibilities include keeping documentation up to date for ISO audits, cooperating with safety, and assisting site management with planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering is required.
• Training provided will be offered to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on shop drawings, samples, and method statements and keep all involved parties updated on the latest changes.
• Attend project/technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner/consultants to ensure smooth progress.
• Verify that on-site work complies with approved drawings/specifications and ensure subcontractors carry out rectifications for non-compliance.
• Resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers promptly to minimise delays in construction progress.
• Ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audits, and cooperate with safety department.
• Assist site management in project planning and coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submissions for Conquas, RI, TOP, etc.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.

• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

  To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.

• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.

• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities' submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
