Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a project expected to finalize by 2027, based at Changi. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying and possess 2-3 years of construction experience, preferably in marine construction.

The ideal applicant is proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include preparing tender submissions, evaluating quotations, and collaborating with the project team to meet all requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, marine construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off and preparation of tender documents.
• Analyse and evaluate received quotations to ensure optimal terms.
• Assess Subcontractor's Progress Claims and prepare Payment response.
• Assist Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Role: Quantity Surveyor

• Project contract based (estimated project completion:2027)
• Work Location: Changi ,Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat full day
• Salary: $3000 to $4500 (depends on experience)

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Possess 2-3 years of working experience in construction field, however marine construction is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.

• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms

• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline

• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
