Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support costing, tendering and procurement activities at a major project site in Singapore. The role requires hands-on cost control, pricing, and documentation for tenders and variations.

You will source quotations, prepare cost analyses, and provide QS services for interim valuations and payments. Experience in building/construction is preferred and the position follows a 6-day work week with alternate Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in building/quantity surveying/civil engineering or its equivalent.
• Preferably 2–3 years relevant working experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and sub-contractors quotations.
• Tabulate price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Provide central quantity surveying service.
• Prepare interim valuations, pricing and contract variations.
• Submit and follow up on regular cost and value claims.
• Assist monthly cost and value reporting.
• Quantity take-off.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architect/client.
• Undertake cost analyses for repair and maintenance projects.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and feasibility studies.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.

6 Days Alternate Saturday Off, 8.45am-6pm

Project Location at Changi Terminal, Singapore

Basic $3,500 - $4,500+ Yearly Bonus + Project Incentives + $50 Phone Allowance

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors quotation.
• Tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Provide central quantity surveying service.
• Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations.
• Regular and up-to-date claim submissions and follow-up.
• Assist monthly cost and value report.
• Quantity take-off.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.

• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
