Role:

Construction Site Supervisor (Up to $4000)

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturday may require a half-day work (OT claims applicable).
• Office located at City Hall; site at Jurong West (nearest MRT: Lakeside).
• Salary: $2800 to $4000.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss project structure and architectural issues to meet project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors; report findings to superior and safety officer.
• Ensure subcontractor work adheres to approved drawings and details; take remedial actions for non-conformance.
• Conduct daily activity inspections with the project RE or RTO; address comments to ensure work approval.
• Maintain proper records of inspections for future reference and legal purposes.
• Communicate confidently with workers, subcontractors, and peers; seek senior advice when in doubt; understand contractual obligations and practice mutual respect.
• Strive for efficient approval of tasks; observe and implement BCA good practices on site.
• Assist in implementing the Environmental Health Safety program set by PM and WSHO for a safe, clean site.
• Upgrade skills through construction courses and explore cost-saving methods applicable on site.
• Accept additional responsibilities to support project cost savings.
• Guide new site supervisors for seamless team integration without affecting progress.
