Job summary

This role involves building dashboards, ensuring data governance, and collaborating with Analysts to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions across Solna, Gothenburg, Lund or Linköping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people data and reporting.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented with data and technology focus.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain data ingestion and blending in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Create reusable datasets and reporting solutions for trusted people data.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ensure governance, data quality, security and automation opportunities.
