Job summary
MAX Burgers is seeking an HRIS Specialist with hands-on Workday experience to join our HR Support & Digitalization team in Stockholm. You will optimize and continuously improve our Workday platform to support business needs and deliver a great employee experience.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sweden, Norway and Denmark on day-to-day HR operations and upcoming HR technology projects. This permanent full-time role includes a six-month probation and starts as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday.
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
- A solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures.
- Experience supporting testing activities, maintaining data quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes and security
- Support releases, testing and system enhancements
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate and coordinate activities with our AMS partner
- Ensure high-quality and secure HR data
