Job summary

MAX Burgers is seeking an HRIS Specialist with hands-on Workday experience to join our HR Support & Digitalization team in Stockholm. You will optimize and continuously improve our Workday platform to support business needs and deliver a great employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sweden, Norway and Denmark on day-to-day HR operations and upcoming HR technology projects. This permanent full-time role includes a six-month probation and starts as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
• A solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures.
• Experience supporting testing activities, maintaining data quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes and security
• Support releases, testing and system enhancements
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate and coordinate activities with our AMS partner
• Ensure high-quality and secure HR data
