Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant global HR analytics experience.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems/databases.
• Experience building and managing datasets from internal/external sources is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across hiring, engagement, performance, and turnover.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models for global HR reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and data sources.
• Define and evolve key people metrics, benchmarks, and reporting standards.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis.
• Present insights clearly to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage tools to improve accessibility and quality of people insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
• Support audit processes with accurate, well-documented data and analysis.
