Job summary

Saab is seeking a People Data & Reporting Specialist to strengthen our People Analytics, delivering high-quality data and insights through Workday reporting and Prism Analytics. You will collaborate with specialists to translate analytical needs into reliable reporting solutions and data products.

You will work on governance, data quality, security, and automation, while staying current with Workday releases and AI-enabled capabilities to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people data and reporting.
• Hands-on with Workday reporting solutions and Prism Analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and data products for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain data ingestion, transformations and blended datasets in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Develop reusable datasets and reporting solutions for trusted people data.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, governance and secure handling of sensitive data.
