Job summary

Sway Sourcing Sweden Aktiebolag is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to take ownership of the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of the existing PeopleSoft environment in Stockholm. The role focuses on stable day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and platform enhancements.

You will work with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams, contributing to problem management and patches, while supporting the transition toward Workday and ensuring continuity of the HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to lead incident resolution and problem management while maintaining stable operations.
• Excellent communication with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing support, maintenance, and development of the existing PeopleSoft environment.
• Ensure stable day‑to‑day operations and resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams on enhancements.
• Support the organisation during its transition towards Workday while keeping the current HR platform reliable.
