Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures.
• Experience supporting testing activities, maintaining data quality, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to end users and stakeholders.
