Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Regional HR Operations Specialist to join our global People Team, based in Stockholm. You will support HR operations across Region North, especially Sweden, Norway and Iceland, owning select processes and partnering with global teams.

You’ll work with Workday and other HR systems, manage payroll-related tasks, and help implement HR programs with a focus on compliance, data integrity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-country HR operations.
• Swedish labour law knowledge is required.
• Payroll process development experience.
• Experience with Workday and payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 HR inquiries support across Region North, especially Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
• Handle union consultations and build relationships with union stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with labour laws and regulations.
