Job summary

Ivanti is looking for an experienced professional to support HRIS transformation as a member of the HRIS Team in Sweden. In this role, you will design and maintain integrations across systems like Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring seamless data flow and improved processes. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in HRIS integrations with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workday or HRIS integrations.
• Strong expertise with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Proven track record building integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and downstream systems.
• Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT for scalable solutions.
