Level Recruitment is seeking an HRIS Specialist to take long-term ownership of our client’s HR platform. You will administer and configure the HR system, build workflows and automations, and ensure data quality. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance to deliver reliable data and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working with HR systems, including hands-on administration, configuration, workflows and automation.
• Experience with system integrations and collaborating with other functions or vendors.
• Background in internal specialist, superuser, consulting or HR system provider is advantageous.
• Clear communication of system-related matters in English to colleagues with varying technical knowledge.
