EY is seeking a Nordic Reward Leader to shape and deliver our Nordic reward agenda across multiple countries. You will partner with the Talent Team and senior stakeholders to align reward frameworks with business goals and talent strategies.

This role blends strategy and hands-on execution—from driving reward initiatives to running annual cycles, ensuring compliance across markets, including Sweden.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in reward, compensation & benefits in a large, complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across multiple markets.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strategic outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Nordic reward programs, mainly compensation structures.
• Act as trusted advisor to Nordic Talent Team on reward matters across a complex organization.
• Drive annual reward processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles) with accuracy and fairness.
• Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with HR Directors, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Global/Regional Reward teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global policies across Nordic countries.
• Contribute to harmonization, digitalization and future-ready reward practices.
• Support the Sweden Talent function with compensation and benefits tasks.
