Luminator Technology Group is looking for a candidate to perform basic configuration tasks for their transportation solutions in Herrljunga, Sweden. The role includes preparing units for shipment, supporting customer service with order data checks, and maintaining configuration accuracy.

What you will do:

• Basic configuration tasks for products prior to shipment or exchange.
• Preparation of units including documentation, labeling, and software setup.
• Processing MSO orders, purchase requisitions, RMA, adjustments, warehouse movements.
• Supporting Customer Service with order data checks and shipment documentation.
• Organizing Support Desk activities and updating internal records.
• Basic device checks and configuration template handling.
• Maintaining accuracy in configuration sets.

What we are looking for:

• Technical education in electronics.
• Administrative or technical support experience.
• Handling electronic devices or configuration processes.
• Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Understanding of data types and file structures.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
